ROBERT J. WILLIAMS JR.

Robert J. Williams, Sr. (Bob), of Ballston Spa, NY was born in Queens in 1953 and left us 12/27/2020, age 67. Bob passed away while receiving world class care at Westchester Medical Center. Bob’s parents were Robert J. Williams and Dorothy (Dotty) Martin. Bob graduated from Baruch College in 1976, with Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. He leaves behind his wonderful children, Robert Williams, Jr. of North Greenbush and Jessica Bresett and her husband Josh of Waterford, his loving sisters, Mary Tennyson, her husband Ben and their daughter Becky of Saratoga Lake, and Lorraine Bilek, her husband Dennis and their son Danny of Catlett, VA. Loving father, brother and uncle, devoted NY Giants and Yankees fan, Bob always looked forward to getting together with his family to enjoy reuben sandwiches, ice cream, and summer time in Chestertown. He was an avid golfer who loved sports picks and worked as an electrician for over three decades. Bob loved being a member of the Ballston Spa community and giving back when he could, such as lighting the Christmas tree on Front St. for many years. After retiring to Doubleday Woods, Bob was excited to be expecting his first grandchild in April. An outdoor celebration of life is planned for Bob on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4:00-6:00pm at the Old Iron Spring, 198 Front St. Ballston Spa, NY. At the event you are welcome to share a memory of Bob and enjoy some light refreshments as we remember him together. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J.
