DWI: Charles Assini, 35, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10:40 pm on Aug. 25 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Larceny: Thomas Adams, 57, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 12 pm on Aug. 25 in Clifton Park for petit larceny.

DWI: Peter New, 56, of Albany, was arrested at 9:33 pm on Aug. 25 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Choking: Michael Friday, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 6:56 pm on Aug. 26 in Wilton for criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation by applying pressure.

DWAI: James Meeker, 60, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11:02 am on Aug. 27 in Malta for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Larceny: Carol Wands, 66, of Waterford, was arrested at 4:55 pm on Aug. 27 in Clifton Park for petit larceny.

DWAI: Stephen Martino, 29, of Albany, was arrested at 10:54 pm on Aug. 27 in Clifton Park for firstdegree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Criminal Possession: Theodore Eichler, 34, of Schuylerville, was arrested at 5:28 pm on Aug. 27 in Saratoga Springs for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

DWI: Thomas Little, 23, of Watervliet, was arrested at 11:13 pm on Aug. 27 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Criminal Possession: Christopher Earley, 34, of Middle Grove, was arrested at 3:38 pm on Aug. 28 in Galway for third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and menacing a police officer.

Assault: Paul StLucia, 69, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 8:51 pm on Aug. 28 in Clifton Park for assault recklessly causing physical injury, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and fourth-degree criminal mischief preventing an emergency call.

Child Endangerment: Jessica Baranek, 39, of Ballston, was arrested at 9:59 am on Aug. 29 in Ballston for endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree unlawful dealings in sex or drugs with a child.

Criminal Possession: Robert Wade, 21, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 11:04 pm on Aug. 29in Malta for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree menacing with a weapon.

Criminal Possession: Danielle Lionetti, 36, of Queensbury, was arrested at 5:32 pm on Aug. 29 in Clifton Park for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, second-degree criminal use of scales as drug paraphernalia, and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Criminal Possession: Nicholas Stangle, 36, of Gansevoort, was arrested at 10:24 pm on Aug. 30 in Moreau for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Pasquale Zucaro, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 5:30 pm on Aug. 30 in Clifton Park for petit larceny.
