Criminal Mischief: Harrison Blackington, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:17 pm on Dec. 1 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering.

Unlicensed Operation: Darian Rivers, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 9:19 pm on Dec. 1 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.

DWI: Edouard Questel, 72, of Gansevoort, was arrested at 12:26 am on Dec. 2 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 3 vehicle and traffic violations.

Assault: Patricia Hunter, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:44 am on Dec. 2 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, and thirddegree criminal mischief causing damage to another person’s property in an amount greater than $250.

Unlicensed Operation: Ryan Cook, 32, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 5:11 am on Dec. 4 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
