Larceny: Gabor Balogh, 55, of Latham, was arrested at 5:08 pm on Jan. 5 in Clifton Park for petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy.

Assault: A minor, 13, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 12:20 pm on Jan. 5 in Clifton Park for third-degree assault and fourthdegree criminal mischief.

DWI: Joel Empie, 30, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:40 am on Jan. 7 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Criminal Possession: Sara Gorman, 41, of Corinth, was arrested at 1:08 pm on Jan. 6 in Corinth for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Contempt: William Russell, 39, of Waterford, was arrested at 9:01 am on Jan. 6 in Clifton Park for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

Larceny: Carla Swezey, 39, of Galway, was arrested at 11:10 am on Jan. 7 in Fultonville for petit larceny and first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Trespassing: Vincent Vautrin, 22; and Kodi Austin, 31; of Clifton Park, were arrested at 1:20 pm on Jan. 7 in Clifton Park for third-degree criminal trespassing in an enclosed property.

Larceny: Taevon Jones, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:15 pm on Jan. 7 in Halfmoon for petit larceny.

Larceny: Yairaliz Campos, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 5:30 pm on Jan. 7 in Clifton Park for petit larceny.

Criminal Mischief: Jack Day, 20, of Queensbury, was arrested at 11 pm on Jan. 9 in South Glens Falls for third-degree criminal mischief.

DWI: Matthew Perkins, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 7:10 pm on Jan. 10 in Moreau for driving while intoxicated with 2 prior convictions, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1% with 2 prior convictions, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Criminal Contempt: Joseph Mazza, 44, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 10:02 am on Jan. 10 in Queensbury for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

Burglary: Timothy Boone, 25, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 1:55 pm on Jan. 10 in Clifton Park for third-degree burglary by illegal entry into a dwelling with intent to commit a crime, third-degree criminal mischief causing damage to property exceeding $250, third-degree criminal tampering, and third-degree grand larceny.
