Hit a Home Run with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Baseball Programs: Registrati­on begins January 17th. Everyone age 3through 3rd Grade is welcome. Tiny T-Ball for ages 3-5covers the necessary beginner fundamenta­ls of throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running. Jr. Sluggers for Grades K-3is geared towards those with some baseball or T-ball experience, and builds on baseball fundamenta­ls. Get in the Ring with the Saratoga Springs Boxing Program: Registrati­on begins January 17th. This non contact camp is cosponsore­d with Saratoga Youth Boxing and teaches proper boxing technique and conditioni­ng.

Serve up your Best with the Saratoga Springs Volleyball Program: Registrati­on begins January 17th. This volleyball program is starting off the new year with an expanded age range and enhanced programmin­g! The program will run Wednesdays from Jan 5-Feb 9. Two session will be offered, one for 7-11year olds from 5:30-6:30pm, and another for 1216year olds from 6:45-7:45pm. The program for 7-11year olds will focus on volleyball fundamenta­ls, while the program for 12-16year olds will combine skill developmen­t and game play.

Learn to Skate with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Intro to Ice Skating Program: Registrati­on is open for our Winter session. Learn the basics of ice skating and build upon skills already learned. Children age 3 and up as well as adults are welcome. Choose from Tuesday or Saturday classes. Masks are required regardless of vaccinatio­n status.

Join Us at the Saratoga Springs Ice Rinks!: The Saratoga Springs ice rinks at 30Weibel Avenue are currently offering Open Figure, Open Adult (17+ and 55+) Hockey, Family Skate (Parents and Children 13and Younger), Open Public, Family Stick (Parents and Children 13 and Younger), and Open Stick sessions. A City or Non-City Rec Card is required for Open Figure, Open Adult (17+ and 55+) Hockey, Family Stick, and Open Stick sessions. A City Rec Card is required in order to obtain the City discount for Family Skate and Open Public sessions. Masks are required regardless of vaccinatio­n status.
