Assault: Bradford Bayer, 36, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 3:05 pm on Feb. 7 in Saratoga Springs for thirddegree assault with intent to cause physical injury, fourthdegree criminal mischief disabling equipment to prevent a request for emergency assistance, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.
Criminal Possession: Kenneth Malone, 44, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 3:54 am on Feb. 8 in Saratoga Springs for fifth-degree criminal possession of cocaine.
Assault: Nicholas Torres, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 1:12 pm on Feb. 8 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.
Larceny: Joel Rojas, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 5:20 pm on Feb. 8 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, and 1 penal code violation.
Criminal Mischief: Richard Burnham, 18, of Corinth, was arrested at 6:28 pm on Feb. 8 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree criminal mischief causing damage to another person’s property in excess of $250.
Larceny: Chad Lang, 49, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:31 pm on Feb. 8 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny.
DWI: Nicholas Kolar, 40, of Cambridge, was arrested at 1:51 am on Feb. 10 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.
Assault: Cody Gibbins, 27, of Broadalbin, was arrested at 11:38 pm on Feb. 10 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.
Driving Without License: Douglas Longdaue, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:02 am on Feb. 11 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.
Criminal Contempt: Donald Eddy, 69, of Green Island, was arrested at 3:11 pm on Feb. 11 in Saratoga Springs for firstdegree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order with a prior offense within 5 years and second-degree aggravated harassment.
Criminal Mischief: Anthony Capasso, 21, of Northford, CT, was arrested at 5:31 pm on Feb. 11 in Saratoga Springs for criminal mischief causing reckless damage to another person’s property valued in excess of $250 and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Larceny: Kevin Kelly, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:18 am on Feb. 12 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny and trespassing.
DWAI: Javier Dalmasi, 28, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 11:20 pm on Feb. 12 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, and 11 vehicle and traffic violations.
DWI: Christian Frasier, 48, of Pottersville, was arrested at 2:57 am on Feb. 13 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
