Larceny: Sandra Berliner, 64, of Malta, was arrested at 2 pm on Feb. 21 in Saratoga for fourth-degree grand larceny.

Criminal Contempt: Rogerio Torres, 41, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 2:15 pm on Feb. 22 in Saratoga for first-degree criminal contempt and criminal mischief with intent to damage another person’s property.

Assault: David Wilming, 66, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 6:37 pm on Feb. 22 in Clifton Park for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Criminal Contempt: Clark Rumsey, 41, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10:36 pm on Feb. 22 in Clifton Park for first-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.

Driving Without License: Andrew Carey, 35, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 11:05 pm on Feb. 22 in Clifton Park for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWAI: Brandon Fletcher, 46, of Whitehall, was arrested at 12:46 am on Feb. 24 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

DWAI: Justin Albert, 40, of Waterford, was arrested at 9:44 pm on Feb. 24 in Troy for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years.

Criminal Contempt: Christopher Decker, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4:03 pm on Feb. 24 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection by communicating with the protected person and aggravated family offense.

Larceny: Nicholas Fratine, 30, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:06 am on Feb. 24 in Malta for second-degree grand larceny of property valued in excess of $50,000.
