The guest re­stroom s at Brady M oun­tain R es­ort & M arina in Royal, A rk., re­cently un­der went a makeover per­form ed by T he Floor Store. C hea Led bet­ter , The Floor Store, w as the de­sign co­or­di­na­tor for the project. T he re­sort and m arina serves hun­dreds of peo­ple through­out the year, rent­ing cab­ins, room s and boat slips to guests. T heir goal is to “m ake ev­ery­one’s tim e on the lake the best that it can be.” H aving been in busi­ness since 1955, up­dates have been m ade to the re­sort and m arina over the years to en­sure guests have an even m ore en­joy­able tim e. G ran­ite coun­ter­tops w ere in­stalled in the re­stroom s and tile w as used on the floor and w alls. Sinks w ere also re­placed. A ll w ork w as com pleted to com ply w ith the Amer­i­cans W ith D is­abil­ity A ct guide­lines.

“W e chose the guest bath­room s be­cause they w ere a one-bath­room stall that w as old and very tight on space,” a rep­re­sen­ta­tive w ith the re­sort said. “T he decor w as a sleek, clean look that w e feel rep­re­sents the new style w e are go­ing for in the lodge area. W e now have a three-stall bath­room , w ith chang­ing drop-dow n table, tw o sink van­ity, and lots of room . A lso, a spa­cious hand­i­cap stall to ac­com­mo­date all guests.”

Joe D . Belk­nap, B rady M oun­tain R es­ort & M arina G en­eral M an­ager, said he chose T he Floor Store to com plete the project be­cause he w as very pleased w ith the pric­ing and es­tim ated tim e of com ple­tion.

“W e love the new bath­room s; they are spa­cious, lux­u­ri­ous look­ing, yet m eet the needs of all guests. L ove the dou­ble van­ity and the chang­ing table. W e now have up-to-date m odern bath­room s to of­fer ou r gu ests,” the rep­re­sen­ta­tive said
