The guest restroom s at Brady M ountain R esort & M arina in Royal, A rk., recently under went a makeover perform ed by T he Floor Store. C hea Led better , The Floor Store, w as the design coordinator for the project. T he resort and m arina serves hundreds of people throughout the year, renting cabins, room s and boat slips to guests. T heir goal is to “m ake everyone’s tim e on the lake the best that it can be.” H aving been in business since 1955, updates have been m ade to the resort and m arina over the years to ensure guests have an even m ore enjoyable tim e. G ranite countertops w ere installed in the restroom s and tile w as used on the floor and w alls. Sinks w ere also replaced. A ll w ork w as com pleted to com ply w ith the Americans W ith D isability A ct guidelines.

“W e chose the guest bathroom s because they w ere a one-bathroom stall that w as old and very tight on space,” a representative w ith the resort said. “T he decor w as a sleek, clean look that w e feel represents the new style w e are going for in the lodge area. W e now have a three-stall bathroom , w ith changing drop-dow n table, tw o sink vanity, and lots of room . A lso, a spacious handicap stall to accommodate all guests.”

Joe D . Belknap, B rady M ountain R esort & M arina G eneral M anager, said he chose T he Floor Store to com plete the project because he w as very pleased w ith the pricing and estim ated tim e of com pletion.

“W e love the new bathroom s; they are spacious, luxurious looking, yet m eet the needs of all guests. L ove the double vanity and the changing table. W e now have up-to-date m odern bathroom s to offer ou r gu ests,” the representative said
