Patsy A. Wells

MOUNTAIN PINE — Patsy Ann Wells, age 66, of Mountain Pine, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015.

She was born on April 20, 1949, in Dermott, the daughter of M. G. Minchew and Ollie Sikes Minchew. On Oct. 11, 1970, she was married to Roger Wells. She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Milton Minchew.

Patsy was a member of Mountain Pine First Assembly of God and was a retired operator from Southwestern Bell after 34 years. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Roger Wells, and son, Clay Wells, both of Mountain Pine; her mother, Ollie Minchew, of Cominto; two brothers and one sister- in- law, Clarence Minchew and Mike and Karen Minchew, all of Cominto; one sister, Glenda Wolf, of Malvern; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Services will be held at 9 a. m. Friday in the Mountain Pine First Assembly of God with Brother Homer LaRue officiating.

Interment will be in the Watson Cemetery, near Dumas, under the direction of Davis- Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs. Visitation will be held from 6- 8 p. m. today. Pallbearers will be Barry Sandifer, Keith Peacock, Shane Wells, Russell Peacock, Eric Wilhite, Josh Covey and Jeremy Wells.
