Walter Harris

PEARCY — Walter “Leo” Harris, 75, of Pearcy, passed away July 26, 2016, at Arkansas Hospice in St. Vincent hospital.

He was born Jan. 29, 1941, to Walter and Lillie Mae (Neighbors) Harris.

Leo is predeceased by his parents; son, James Patrick Harris; and sisters, Lucille Grisham and Ruby Lee Johnson.

Loving survivors include his wife of 42 years, Jean Harris; daughter, Deborah (Jeff) Woodall, of Royal; three grandchildren, Laura Wenger, Shawn Woodall and his girlfriend, Heather McNeill, and Katie Woodall; two great-grandchildren, Allison Larue and James Noah Wenger Jr.; sister, Juanita McNeely, of Hot Springs; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor George Lynch officiating.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Shawn Woodall, Noah Wenger, John Robinson, Jason Sheets, Jonathan Werst and Danny Burton.

Honorary pallbearers are Greg Hecke and the employees of Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts.
