A reportedly intoxicated concertgoer was arrested Saturday night at Magic Springs & Crystal Falls after allegedly exposing himself to a family.

Steven Wayne Sheffield, 31, who lists a Springwood Street address, was taken into custody at 9:30 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia, each punishable by up to one year in jail, and public intoxication. Sheffield bonded out and is set to appear Aug. 22 in Garland County District Court.

According to the affidavit, a member of the family alleged that a man, later identified as Sheffield, was urinating beside a trailer next to where her family was sitting.

The father of the family approached Sheffield and informed him there were children present. Sheffield allegedly stated he did not care and turned toward the family, exposing himself, then reportedly asked, “Do they like this?”

A Garland County sheriff’s deputy escorted Sheffield out of the amphitheater area of the park and noted he had a smell of intoxicants emitting from him and he was swaying while walking.

Sheffield’s family members followed the deputy and Sheffield outside. While Sheffield was handing them his car keys, he reportedly dropped a pipe that contained suspected marijuana, resulting in the possession charge.
