Margaret S. Riley

LEXINGTON — Margaret Sample Riley of Lexington, Ky., died Aug. 22, 2016.

She was born Dec. 1, 1956, in Batesville, the daughter of Coy and Vivian Sample.

She was predeceased in death by her mother, Vivian Keith Sample and her niece, Shannon Sample.

She is survived by her father, W. Coy Sample; her husband, Wil Freebody of Lexington; two sons, Isaac Riley of Lexington and Christopher Riley, of Pikeville, Ky.; three grandchildren, Colby Riley, Emilyn Riley and Vivian Harper Riley; two brothers, Billy Coy Sample and Jimmy Sample; two nephews, Shawn Sample and Jude Sample; and a niece, Kirsten Sample.

Margaret was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a member of Park Place Baptist
