A memorial service for Nancy Essley, of Hot Springs, who died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, will be held at 2 p.m. today at St Luke’s Episcopal Church.

Pat Haering, 79, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016.

LITTLE ROCK — Charles Randall Lampkin, 50, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016. He was born Sept. 17, 1965, in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Leland and Wanda Sue Richardson Lampkin.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Lampkin, of Hot Springs; niece, Tiffany Kitchell and her children, Parker and Preston; and longtime friend, Wiley Parker, of Little Rock.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Lillian I.C.D. Lingo

Lillian Imogene Cunningham Davis Lingo, 87, went to her heavenly home on Friday, Sept. 16, 2016, in Hot Springs, Ark. She was born on Oct. 10, 1928, in Dalton, Ark., to the late Ernest and Ora Cunningham.

She was a devout Christian and member of Airport Road Church of Christ. She was a wonderful wife and mother and loving grandmothe­r (Gaga). Her children and grandchild­ren were her greatest joy. She also loved working in her garden and traveling, and she was an excellent cook and seamstress. Imogene was known for her quick wit and contagious laugh.

In addition to her parents, she was predecease­d by husbands Glenton L. Davis and James C. Lingo; and brothers Glen Cunningham and Gordon Cunningham.

She is survived by her sons, Wayne Davis, of Little Rock, and Phillip Davis (Mary), of Hot Springs; her daughters, Nancy Dunn (Stan), of Hot Springs, Vicki Neal, of Hot Springs, and Betty Weldon (Jack), of Clarksvill­e; her sister, Mary McCreary (John), of Ozark; 12 grandchild­ren; 19 great-grandchild­ren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Airport Road Church of Christ with Brother Jack Smith officiatin­g. Interment will be at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander, Ark.

A visitation will precede the funeral service from 9-10 a.m., also at the church.

Pallbearer­s will be her loving grandsons, Hunter Dunn, Hayden Dunn and John Harrison Dunn.

Her family would like to thank the staff of Lake Hamilton Health and Rehabilita­tion Center for providing loving care to Imogene this past year.

L.C. McAdoo

MALVERN — L.C. McAdoo, 92, of Malvern, passed away on Sept. 15, 2016.

Born on March 26, 1924, in Calion, Ark., he worked for Acme Brick Company for 32 years before he retired.

Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. today with the family present at 6 p.m. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, both at the funeral home.

Carl A. McKinney

Minister Carl A. McKinney, age 61, was called home on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016, from his Earthly home in Hot Springs, Ark. He was born in Hot Springs on July 7, 1955. Minister Carl grew up in Hot Springs and accepted Christ at an early age. He was a very friendly and caring person who always thought of others and never met a stranger. He was the son of Barbara J. McKinney Walker and the late Owen McKinney.

Minister Carl graduated from Hot Springs High School, then went on to serve in the U.S. Navy. He worked for the Hot Springs School District as a bus driver, custodian and substitute teacher for several years. He also worked for the Oaklawn Jockey Club, before he went to work for the Arkansas Rehab Services, where he retired from.

Minister Carl lived in Little Rock, Ark., for a number of years and was a faithful member of Mount Harmony Baptist Church in Little Rock. When his health started to decline, he returned home to Hot Springs, where he cared for his loving mother. Minister Carl joined St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Donald Crossley Sr., where he would become an associate minister.

Minister Carl was preceded in death by his father, sister, Tewana S. Rubin, and grandson, Michael Stanley Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Barbara McKinney Walker, of Hot Springs; son, Michael Stanley Sr., of Chicago, Ill.; brother, Anthony L. McKinney, of North Little Rock, Ark.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a visitation for family and friends from 5-7 p.m. today, Sept. 23, 2016, at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Hot Springs. There will be a Home Going Funeral Celebratio­n for Carl at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016. at the church. His Earthly body will be laid to rest at Friendship Cemetery in Hot Springs.

MALVERN — Mary Smith, 89, of Malvern, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016.

Survivors include her son, Bill Smith (Dorothy); daughter, Esta Leta Burroughs (J.C.); six grandchild­ren; 14 great-grandchild­ren; three great-great-grandchild­ren; sister-in-law, Juanita Davidson; and stepsister, Sue Ruff.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today, Sept. 23, at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Regency Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rockport Cemetery.
