Dinner theatre to host a Patsy Cline tribute show
The aural and visual essence of Country Music Hall of Fame inductee Patsy Cline, portrayed by Sarah Haman, is coming to the Five Star Dinner Theatre in historic downtown Hot Springs for one night only on Saturday. An optional dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and the show will begin at 7 p.m.
“Sarah Haman is a fantastic artist and she’s the real deal,” said Tom Wilkins, theatre executive manager. “We’re so honored and thrilled to have an artist of her caliber perform at our theatre. There are a handful of tribute artists out there but Sarah, in my opinion, is by far the best I’ve seen. Her ‘sensational, one-woman’ concert will reflect her popular performances in Branson.
“Sarah is considered the top Patsy Cline tribute artist in the world,” Wilkins added. “She will bring her uncanny resemblance and terrific vocals for a show-stopping performance of Patsy Cline’s music and spirit.”
Haman will also perform a tribute to Judy Garland, Cass Elliott and Loretta Lynn with a live band.
“The Five Star Theatre certainly is known for its great shows. However, it is also legendary for its tremendous all-you-can-eat buffet which recently was added to the complete package of entertainment. The food now originates from our new kitchen located on-premises. The reviews are something any business would be proud of,” said Wilkins.
The show will be directed by Doug Lackey. Additional performances of this show will be held on Oct. 8, 15 and 29 and Nov. 12 and 19.
