SISTER CITY PROGRAM
Mary Neilson, Sister City Program coordinator, was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Hot Springs Civitan Club. Neilson gave an informative presentation on the Hot Springs/Hanamaki, Japan, Sister City Program. Hot Springs Civitan Club meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at Smokin’ in Style Restaurant. The public is welcome.
