RUNAWAY TEEN

Hot Springs police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Leah Spencer, 17, who reportedly ran away from Hillcrest Children’s Home Tuesday night. She is described as white, 4 feet, 11 inches, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing an oversized black Columbia jacket, black pants, and black shirt. She was in the custody of Department of Human Services out of Sebastian County and may be trying to get back to that area.
