This class is a “low impact” water exercise class designed for individuals who have problems with their backs, knees, hips or other health concerns. Paws and Claws Rescue Adoptathon is held from 11
a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays at Petco in Cornerstone Shopping Center. PACR is dedicated to caring for homeless pets in the community through adoptions, community awareness, fostering from their homes while caring for companion animals until forever homes can be found. 1, is projected for this meeting date. Candidates for the seven club offices will do brief speech presentations on the office for which they are being nominated. The club will return to its usual type of program June 3. The club welcomes interested persons to attend the meetings. Toastmasters offers resources and a supportive atmosphere to help members develop or practice varied skills in public speaking or in running a meeting.
