Let me tell you my story. I think I am similar to most people when it comes to wanting to feel vibrant, energetic, and well — normal.
I had a partial hysterectomy in my 30s, but was healthy and energetic until I hit my late 40s. I now realize I was running on adrenal (stress glands) hormones and sheer will power.
