Antoinette Miller

-

Antoinette Ann Miller, 74, passed away in her Hot Springs home, surrounded by her family, on May 31, 2017.

Toni was born Sept. 1, 1942, to the late Anthony and Rosalie Plaia, in Beaumont, Texas. She graduated from St. Anthony’s High School in Beaumont, and attended The University of St. Thomas in Houston before meeting Bruce Milton Miller and marrying him Jan. 17, 1964. After all six of their children were born, they settled in Colorado. Toni amazed all, including her own children, with her loving efforts to raise her family and work. Her intelligence, capabilities and efforts were not spent on herself, but on those around her, and never with complaint. She was content with the simple pleasures in life, enjoying fishing, camping, the outdoors and family. She proved throughout life that she could make things better around her, whether it be people or things.

Toni is remembered by her sons, Dudley, Don, Tony, John; daughters, Rebecca Helton and Christa Plettl; 11 grandchildren, Chelsea LeBlanc, Annie Miller, Clay, Pierce, Zoe and Reed Helton, Lydia, Rebecca, and Samuel Plettl, and Abby and Landon Miller; brothers, Pat and wife Lois, and Jake and wife Judi; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Clemente and Andrew.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Moll family, Dr. Fred Divers and Arkansas Hospice.

A memorial for Toni will be held at 2 p.m. on June 10 at the MCM Elegante’ in the Veranda Room, in Beaumont, Texas.
