Mark W. Sliger

ROYAL — Mark W. Sliger, 53, of Royal, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep of natural causes on Thursday, June 15, 2017.

He was born Nov. 18, 1963, in Hammond, Ind.

He was a builder and one of the original partners in the formation of AAA Construction and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

We will never forget Mark’s loving heart.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Brandi Sliger.

Survivors include his son, Kyle Sliger; daughter, Destiny (Chad) Wilson; parents, Ron and Ruth Sliger; brothers, Ron Sliger Jr., Eric Sliger, Andy (Cheryl) Sliger, Michael (Tina) Sliger, Danny Sliger; sisters, Susan Lynchard, Margie (Brad) Luman; nieces and nephews, Amber Rather, Samantha Ralston, Breanna Sliger, Courtland Sliger, Megan Sliger, Caitlyn Sliger, Christian Sliger, Matheu Sliger, Danielle Sliger, Michael Jarrell, Harley Brock, Mason Brock, Katherine Brock, Sarah Luman and Amy Luman.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Hall, with Father Babu Battula officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials made be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church for intentional masses to be offered up in Mark’s name.
