Raymond Lloyd Rynders,

87, of Hot Springs, died June

25, 2017.

He was born Dec. 9, 1929, in Hot Springs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Lillian Rynders; his parents, Douglas and Virginia Rynders; and brother, Tom Rynders.

Raymond and Lillian founded and operated Rynders Auto Supply for over 50 years.

Raymond, an active member of Gideons Internatio­nal, spoke in many churches in support of the spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ by distributi­ng Bibles in Garland County.

He served his country in the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Raymond was an active member of Park Place, Jessievill­e, and Barcelona Baptist Churches, having lived in Hot Springs, Jessievill­e and Hot Springs Village. He enjoyed teaching Sunday School for many years.

He lived his dream by living the last 20 years of his life on his farm in Jessievill­e.

Raymond is survived by his son, Steve Rynders (Lea Ann), David Rynders (Melissa); grandchild­ren, Steven Rynders (Kathy), Taylor Gigerich (Brent), Brent Rynders, Brian Rynders; great-grandchild­ren, Lilly Moritz, Easton Russell, Bentley Gigerich, Hollis Ann Rynders, Brinkley Gigerich, Thomas Rynders, Lynnlee Rynders, Gunner Gigerich; brother, Douglas Rynders; sister, Dorothy Kaliff; sisters-inlaws, Helen Standiford, Emma Lee Beckner; special friends, Larry Eaton (Cindi) and children, Scott Eaton, Ashley Bishop; nephew, Dennis Rawls (Sandy) and children, Kevin Rawls and Kara Karnes.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. Monday at Caruth Village Funeral Home with a celebratio­n of Raymond’s life immediatel­y following at 10 a.m. with Dennis Rawls officiatin­g.

Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons Internatio­nal or Samaritan Ministries.

Saralee Stark

Saralee Stark, age 77, of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, June

27, 2017.

She was born March 24, 1940, in Chicago, the daughter of Jerry Garland and Hannah Orris Garland. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Barbara Klein Diebold.

Saralee retired after working for over 32 years from Illinois Bell Telephone Company as a constructi­on engineer. She was known as a fun-loving person. Saralee was a very caring and generous person who loved animals. She was a blessing to all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Wayne Phillips, of Hot Springs; her daughter, Joyce Schmidt, of Hastings, Neb.; one grandson, Michael and Katey Schmidt, of Palm Coast, Fla.; one sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and John Jamieson of Orlando, Fla.; one nephew, David Klein of San Diego, California; and a host of wonderful friends.

Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, in the Mount Sinai Cemetery in Hastings, Neb.

The family will also hold a memorial service in Hot Springs at a later date.

Pallbearer­s will be her family.

Beverly M. Wells, 83, of Hot Springs, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017.

She was born June 29, 1933, in Platte Center, Neb., to the late August B. and Minnie Leona (Kamm) Janssen. She was a homemaker and of the Presbyteri­an faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Wells; children, Robert Wells (Cathy), Mary Mack (Greg), Linda Broze (Robert), Rhonda Wells and Karen King (Larry); brothers, Leon Janssen, Gary Janssen (Jeanetta) and Gayle Janssen (Bonnie); numerous grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren and great-great-grandchild­ren.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at CaruthHale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wade Overturf officiatin­g.

Dale A. Wood

Dale Alan Wood, 56, of Hot Springs, journeyed to Heaven June 26, 2017.

When Dale walked into a room, those in his company felt the energy of an enthusiast­ic personalit­y; he was always ready for the next adventure. He spent most of his adult life proudly serving in the U.S. Army, retiring as a First Sergeant to begin his next endeavor as a carpenter and constructi­on manager.

Dale’s most important adventure, however, was his 12-year marriage to his wife, Tonja Wood. Together they shared bike rides, boat time, laughter, love and family. Dale is also survived by his parents, M.D. and Peppy Wood; children Candice Wood and Briana (Deano) Boldin; grandchild­ren Hannah Corder and Michael Boldin; siblings Ken (Dawn) Wood, Donnie Wood and Aida (Randy) Reeves; and numerous nephews and nieces who all adored him. Dale also leaves behind his constant Chihuahua companion, Harley, who will be lost without him.

A Graveside Service will take place Monday at 1 p.m. at The Arkansas Veteran’s Cemetery in North Little Rock.
