Magazine names Village among ‘Best of the Best’

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The community of Hot Springs Village has been selected as one of the top residential communities in the United States, according to ideal-LIVING magazine’s second annual “Best of the Best” honors.

“We’re excited to be a community recognized again this year as among the best of the best for our amenities and scenic beauty,” Hot Springs Village CEO Lesley Nalley said in a news release. “It’s no secret to our residents about what a great place this is to live, and I’m glad others across the country will have the opportunity to learn more about what makes us great.”

The ideal-LIVING Best of the Best honorees are organized into the three broad categories of Destination, Life and Home, and winners are named in a total of 24 subcategories.

“Given the very positive response last year to our first ‘Best of the Best‘ feature,” idealLIVING Editor and Associate Publisher Kelly Godbey said in the release, “we refined our selection process and created some new categories that we think better reflect the interests of our readers. The goal will always be to help retirees and families choose the place that’s ‘The Best‘ for them.”

Hot Springs Village was chosen as a community with the best lake view and best tennis and pickleball offerings. Winners were selected through nominations to an editorial committee who then researched and chose the communities or developments they felt best represented the spirit of each category.
