Ryan Michael Matone, 38, of 414 Trivista Left, and Lindsey
Brooke Matone, 32, who lists an Ostento Way address, were taken into custody at the Trivista Left residence after officers with the HSPD special narcotics unit served a search warrant around 3 p.m.
Both suspects were charged with felony counts of possession of meth with purpose to deliver, punishable by up to 10 years in prison, one count of possession of Suboxone, three felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime and proximity to certain facilities, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing marijuana.
Both suspects were being held on bonds totaling $28,500. Ryan Matone is set to appear July 24 in Garland County District
Court while Lindsey Matone, who also had a warrant for failure to appear, is set to appear July 25.
According to the affidavit, after officers made entry and took both suspects into custody, they searched the residence and allegedly found meth, Suboxone, several crushed orange pills and grow lights and ballasts for growing marijuana indoors. They also located several suspected marijuana seeds that had begun to germinate and were sprouting, small plastic baggies, spoons reportedly used to heat narcotics for ingestion, a marijuana smoking pipe, a security camera system and 10 hypodermic needles, both clean and dirty.
Although no firearms were discovered on scene, investigators located several rounds of both rifle and pistol ammunition inside the house. Ryan Matone is reportedly leasing the property approximately 500 feet away from the Christ Anglican Church.
