Wilson Real Estate adds new staff

Wilson Real Estate Auctioneer­s Inc. announced the addition of two new staff members, Chuck Dicus and Ken Bethge.

Both have joined the real estate auction firm, Dicus as real estate sales agent and

Bethge as executive real estate broker and firm closing coordinato­r.

Dicus is past Arkansas

Game and Fish Foundation president, a former Arkansas football player, sales agent for Irwin Partners in Little Rock and former president of the Razorback Foundation.

“The entire Wilson staff is excited that Chuck Dicus has joined our team. Chuck is a multifacet­ed agent, with knowledge of the outdoors, hunting land, farms and commercial real estate,” said company President Joe R. Wilson in the press release. “Chuck provides over 30 years of experience and networking with Arkansans in every corner of the state.”

Dicus’ responsibi­lities will include listing real estate, farms, commercial properties for auction in Arkansas and more importantl­y, focusing on northwest Arkansas.

Next, Bethge has recently retired as senior vice president of Jefferson Title Co. LLC in Pine Bluff.

With a career of 45 years in the real estate business, in addition to being a licensed title insurance agent, he is also a licensed real estate broker and a certified general appraiser.

“Ken Bethge’s experience in the title insurance business will further our commitment to providing clear transactio­ns, 30-day closings and a direct line for our buyers and sellers to receive informatio­n for their closings,” said Wilson. ”Ken will also be a contractin­g real estate broker, focusing on the agricultur­al market, farms and lake homes across Arkansas. We are very excited to have Ken as a part of the Wilson team.”

Bethge has served as secretary of the Arkansas Building Authority Council, chairman of the Jefferson County Equalizati­on Board, and chairman of the Pine Bluff Planning Commission. He and his wife, Teri, have recently relocated to Hot Springs.
