CONWAY — Monte Lee Jones, 31, of Conway, went to be with his Savior on July 17,

2017.

Monte was born May 8, 1986, to Lee and Sharon Jones, in Conway, Ark. He graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in

2004 and attended the University of Arizona in Tucson. He served in Conway as the executive director at Glenhaven Ministries and the director of Operations at Deliver Hope.

Monte was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and lived his life with the message of God’s grace and love as the center of his focus. He will be remembered for his laugh, his unabashed singing, his theologica­l debates and the blessings that he poured into the lives of everyone he met.

He was preceded in death by his grandparen­ts, Ruth Cunningham, and Olympic distance runner Glenn Cunningham.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jessica; a son, Amadeus Jones; a daughter, Ariadna Jones; his parents, Lee and Sharon Jones, of Hot Springs; his grandparen­ts, Don and Eunice Jones, of Hot Springs; one brother, Clint (Rachel) Jones, of Hot Springs; two sisters, Sarah (James) Holt, of Conway, and Christina (Gabriel) Bruce, of Bryant; in-laws, Mark and Kathryn Goad, of Hot Springs; and a host of friends and family who will carry on his legacy of love.

A memorial service will be held in Hot Springs at Grace Bible Church, 1005 Richard St., at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 26.
