Bill Fant
DAISY — Bill Fant, age 80, of Daisy, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017.
He was born Feb. 11, 1937, in Newhope, the son of William Riley Fant and Cora Miller Fant.
Survivors include three daughters, Melissa “Lissa” (Adam) Clark, of Decatur, Ind., Tina Ellis, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Raya (Jason) Lockhart; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, R.D. Fant; fiancée, Tanza Markham, of Kirby; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Mount Joy Free Will Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. today at the church.
Interment will be in the Mount Joy Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.

Alma B. Greeson
A celebration of life for Alma “Mammaw” Bernice Greeson, 95, of Hot Springs, who died Sunday, July 30, 2017, will be held at 1 p.m. today at Cones Road Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor David Roark officiating.
Burial will be in Morning
Star Cemetery.
Benjamin D. Riley
Benjamin Douglas Riley, 40, of Hot Springs, passed away on July 30, 2017.
He was born on March 8, 1977, in Hot Springs.
He is survived by his mother, Kim Cooley-Hedberg (Edward), and father, Doug Riley (Liz), and stepmother, Teresa Riley Yancey (Tom). He was the fiance of Sherry Steele and loving father to Jas-Ann Marie Riley, Dylan Steele and Courtney Pike.
Other survivors include his grandmother, Dee Cooley, his sister, Tara Bratton (Bri), his brother, Tyson Cooley, niece, Isabella Thompson, and many friends and family.
Ben was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harry Cooley, his uncle, Stephen Cooley, and grandparents, Calvin and Lillian Riley.
Ben, aka Pnut, aka Bubby, aka Fishcat, aka etc., etc., was always the life of the party, the first person to stop and help anyone in need, and Ben made it his daily goal to bring a smile to anyone he met. He will be greatly missed by more than he realized. Please help us celebrate his life and contribution to yours.
The visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. today, Aug. 5, and the funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, in Hot Springs, with Pastor Ronnie Vanderslice officiating.

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — A celebration of life for George “Jim” Sanders, 78, of Hot Springs Village, who died July 27, 2017, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle.

PEARCY — A celebration of life for Linda Jean Songer, 60, of Pearcy, who died Aug. 1, 2017, will be 10 a.m. today in CaruthHale Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Andrew Gonzalez officiating.
Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, in Amity.
