Oaklawn Center on Aging holds a Healthy Cooking class the second Tuesday of each month at Union Missionary Baptist Church. A heart healthy meal that follows diabetic guidelines is prepared and all who attend — get a free lunch. You will also receive copies of the recipes and other helpful handouts. Each class includes an educational component and you will be provided handout information. Union Missionary Baptist Church is at 217 Gulpha, Hot Springs (behind the Convention Center downtown).
