Bradley R. Fuller

ALMA — Bradley Ray Fuller, 21, of Alma, Ark. passed away Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, in a Fort Smith hospital.

He was employed by Home Plate Café in Hot Springs.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. today, Aug. 25, at Huntington Assembly of God Church with burial at Huntington Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will start at 1 p.m. today, prior to the service at the church.

He is survived by his parents, Randy and Melissa Fuller, of Hot Springs Village, and Jennifer and Daniel Brumley, of Alma; two brothers, Michael Coliron and Noah Coliron, both of Alma; three sisters, Rachel Coliron, of Van Buren, Lindsey West and Ashley West, both of Hot Springs Village; paternal grandfathe­r, Darrell Fuller, of Huntington; maternal grandfathe­r, Jess Ray Williams, of Fort Smith; paternal stepgrandp­arents, Michael and Vickie Hodgson, of Hot Springs, and maternal stepgrandp­arents, Gary and Jeri Brumley, of Alma.

Pallbearer­s will be Michael Coliron, Noah Coliron, Joseph Baker, Blake Swaim, Gabe Hodgson and Travis Pettus.

GLENWOOD — Fran Mack Gibson, age 55, of Glenwood, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017.

Survivors include five siblings, Diane Van Winkle, of Hot Springs, Donny Mack, of Chester, Ark., Tim Mack, of Dickinson, Texas, Leta Love, of Hot Springs, and Cindy Shaffer, of Texarkana, Ark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Rue Ann Mack; and two sisters, Frieda Mack and Jeanie Sharp.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the Mount Joy Free Will Baptist Church.

The family will receive visitors at the home of J.D. and Linda Mack, 198 Maxey Road, Amity, Ark., from 5-8 p.m. today.

Cremation arrangemen­ts were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.

Lillie Sue Morrissey, “MiMi Sue,” 73, of Hot Springs, passed away Aug. 22, 2017, peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was born Jan. 5, 1944, to Arthur Clayton and Edith Harris. Sue attended high school at the now Historic Hot Springs High School. After completion of high school, she began working as a teller at Arkansas Bank and Trust.

After her children grew older, she took a position with Garland County Community College in the purchasing department. As her knowledge and work skills grew, Sue eventually took a position in the Human Resources Department at Reynolds Metals. Upon the plant’s closure, she took a position with Stratcor as the director of Human Resources until that plant’s closure.

Sue then began a new chapter in her career, working in the legal department at Weyerhaeus­er. She began there as a temporary employee and this turned into a full-time job providing legal support for three attorneys. Sue remained there until her retirement. During her time at Weyerhaeus­er, she was actively involved in the Garland County Chapter of the Legal Support Secretarie­s where she remained active after her retirement.

Sue enjoyed cooking, singing alto in the church choir, and was a Bible scholar, who could quote scripture with genuine knowledge. MiMi Sue was very family oriented and spent most of her days surrounded by children and grandchild­ren. She was the confidante every family member leaned on for guidance and nonjudgmen­tal support.

Sue is survived by her husband of 27 years, Jim Morrissey; brothers, Don Harris and wife, Sarah, Randy Harris and wife, Jody; sister, Jolene Fleming; son, John David Stone Jr. and wife, Tina; daughters, Jamie Stanfill and husband, Rick, Joey Wuichet and husband, Garland, Jennifer Smith, Linda Peterson and husband, Brett, of Highland, Utah; son, David Morrissey and wife Robin, of Colorado, Travis Morrissey and wife, Harmony; 13 grandchild­ren; and three great-grandsons, who were all born in 2016; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebratio­n of Sue’s life will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Grand Avenue United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grand Avenue United Methodist Church in honor of Sue Morrissey.

CHIDESTER — Helen Marie Sluppick, 63, of Chidester, Ark., passed away Aug. 23, 2017.

She was born Nov. 6, 1953, in Hot Springs, to Nolan Everett Sr. and Dorothy Lee (Kelly) Bramlett. Helen was a member of Adams Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Chidester.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Dylan.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Bob Sluppick; sons, Doyle Bland Jr. (Angie Pennington), Robert Sluppick (Tonya); daughters, Carla Bruce (Jerry), Christina Myers (Mark), Tina Clement (Darrell); brothers, Carl Herron, Nolan Bramlett Jr.; grandchild­ren, Courtney, Joshua, Codey, Alexis, Harleigh, Angelic, Brandon, Alyssa, Julie, Kyler, Rylee; great-grandchild­ren, Stella and Oliver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Morning Star Cemetery, in Hot Springs, with Brother Jared Conatser officiatin­g.

Pallbearer­s include Jerry Bruce, Joshua Allen, Codey Myers, David O’Hara, Robert Sluppick and Mark Myers.

BLUE EYE, Mo. — Mark William Wilson, 56, of Blue Eye, Mo., died Friday, Aug. 18, 2017.

No services are planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the youth group of Community Bible Baptist Church, 84 Polite Drive, Caddo Gap, AR 71935.
