Stop Animal Cruelty of Hot Spring and Garland Counties meets the first Sunday of every month with the location announced on its Facebook page, Stop Animal Cruelty Arkansas. It is a “no kill” nonprofit organization ran by volunteers where all pets are kept in foster care. It sponsors low-cost spay and neuter clinics. Dog Bite Prevention and Humane Education classes are available to local elementary schools, churches and civic organizations.
