The Ouachita Chapter of the Arkansas Archeological Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts, 200 Whittington Ave. There is parking in the lot at the western building, enter through the portico. Visitors are welcome. For more information, email Sherri Bradbury, OuachitaChapter@gmail.com.

Chelsea Cinotto will present “Celts and Romans: Through Artefacts, Earthworks and Architecture.” There are many remains of the Celtic and Roman cultures still on the landscape in England. Celtic earthworks such as Stonehenge and Roman architecture like Fishbourne Palace are open to the public.

Other smaller and informative archaeological sites can be visited as well. Through the analysis of artefacts, the history of the Celts and Romans can be seen as they collided, traded and blended.
