1st Network Insurance
1st Network Insurance first opened its doors in Hot Springs in 2012 by Helen Ball, offering commercial, automotive, home, motorcycle, and life and health insurance options. Ball partnered with Natalie Russell in April of this year, joining receptionist and recently licensed agent Mouna Holland. Morgan Bratton has also recently joined the agency as a customer service agent.
Natalie Russell has more than
25 years of experience in insurance, most recently with Safeco Insurance, making her a tremendous addition to the team. She is currently a resident of Bryant, with her husband, Andy Russell, and three children — Cazzie, Josie and Van — but the family will soon make Hot Springs their home.
Outside of work, Russell is active in her church and on the move with family activities from sports to school activities. The family is looking forward to getting involved in the Hot Springs community through joining a local church, playing sports, spending time with family and building long lasting relationships while helping others. “Isn’t that what life is all about?” Russell said.
Helen Ball has been designated as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 1991 and continues to focus on providing insurance coverage and services to her clients, updating and continuously trying to find companies and coverage that fit the local area businesses and individuals.
Having lived in the area her entire life, Ball lives up to the motto of giving back to the community. She serves as a Chamber Ambassador, is on the board of Hot Springs Rehab Volunteers, and is on the Garland County Prayer Breakfast committee. She is also Past-President of Hot Springs Sunrise Rotary, Civitans, Treasurer of Leadership Hot Springs, member of Fifty for the Future, and lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi.
Mouna Holland began her career with First Network Insurance as a receptionist in 2013. She became a licensed agent in June of 2017 and is looking forward to advancing her career and having the opportunity to provide great service and competitive rates for customers’ insurance coverage needs. She is grateful to be a part of the team at 1st Network Insurance.
Holland is a proud mother of three children who mean the world to her. She is also looking forward to having 1st Network Insurance sponsor her children’s school PTO and allowing her to volunteer with school events and fundraisers, especially “Supporting Every Student Every Day for Success” at FLS.
Morgan Bratton is the newest member of 1st Network insurance and became a licensed agent in August of 2017. She is a Hot Springs native and could not imagine living anywhere else. She loves the challenges that come with an insurance career and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her.
Bratton has a boyfriend, Justin, and they are very proud “dog parents” of two awesome boys. Bratton is a self-proclaimed book nerd and TV series/movie addict. In her free time you can find her with coffee and a good book, spending time with her family and friends, or shopping.
