1st Network Insurance hires, promotes agents
First Network Insurance has welcomed a new team member and its receptionist has become a licensed agent.
Mouna Holland has changed her position from receptionist to customer service agent.
“Mouna is a proud mother of three children who mean the world to her. She is grateful to be a part of the team at First Network Insurance,” states the press release.
She began her career with First Network Insurance as a receptionist in 2013.
She became a licensed agent in
June 2017 and “is looking forward to advancing her career and having the opportunity to provide great service and competitive rates for the customers’ insurance coverage needs.” She is also looking forward to having First Network Insurance sponsor her children’s school PTO and allowing her to volunteer with school events and fundraisers towards “Supporting Every Student Every Day for Success” at Fountain Lake School.

“Morgan is a Hot Springs native and could not imagine living anywhere else. She has a boyfriend, Justin, and they are very proud ‘dog parents’ of two awesome boys. Morgan is a self-proclaimed book nerd and TV series/ movie addict. In her free time, you can find her with coffee and a good book, spending time with her family and friends, or shopping,” reports the release.
Bratton has been a licensed agent since August 2017, but “she loves the challenges that come with an insurance career and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her.”
