Carl C. Diggs

Carl C. Diggs, 79, of Hot Springs, died Oct. 21, 2017.

He was born Feb. 8, 1938, in Hot Springs, to Martin and Lonetta (Kinsey) Diggs. Carl was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Patricia Kehoe; brother, Clyde Diggs; brotherin-law, Billy Wayne Acord; and sister-in-law, Georgia Diggs.

Survivors include his children, Rosetta Baliga (Wayne), Michael Diggs (Ann), Curtis Diggs (Teresa), Jacqueline Weisel (Harry); grandchildren, Amy and Janelle Baliga, Jessica Suerth, Kelly Townley, John and Aaron Diggs, Jamie, Neil, Carly and Cody Weisel; sisters, Marcille Acord, Mary Berry (Don); and brother, Kenneth Diggs.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Jan Howard

Jan Howard, 72, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Oct. 10, 2017.

She was born July 18, 1945, in Palo Alto, Calif., to Frank and Dorothy (Darden) Howard. Jan was born and raised in California, but made Arkansas, her home, for the last 40 years.

Jan was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Blake Christopher Bridges.

Survivors include daughter, Cheri Perches (Greg); foster brothers and sisters; several children who she helped raise; and many loyal friends.

A celebration of Jan’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, at Whittington Park in the second section.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Donnie R. Kilgore, 79, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017.

Arrangements will be announced by Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

Jimmy Wayne Reynolds, 70, of Branson, Mo., died Oct. 19, 2017.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Cemetery, Jessieville.

MOUNTAIN PINE — Mary Stonehill, 79, of Mountain Pine, passed away Oct. 20, 2017.

Patricia L. Yahn-Hunt

Wheeling, W.V. — Patricia Lee Yahn-Hunt age 81 of Wheeling, W.V., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at 11:04 p.m., with her eldest son and his wife at her side.

A Memorial Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary of the Springs Catholic Church, Wittington Rd., Hot Springs, AR.
