Dale P. Cross

Dale Paul Cross, age 84, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, Oct.

28, 2017.

He was born on May 19, 1933, in Alba, Texas, the son of James Joe Cross Sr. and Sarah Gertrude Flowers Cross. On Dec. 14,

1984, he married Mary Martin. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, James Joe Cross Jr.; his sister, Hazel Ozel McKenzie; and one granddaugh­ter, April Anne Boitnott.

Paul was a member of The Glory Barn Church. He retired from the United States Post Office as a rural mail carrier. Paul was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Francis Cross, of Hot Springs; three sons, Dale Paul Cross II and Abby Gibson, of Flint, Mich., Jesse Wayne Cross and Ashley Scribner, of Lincoln, Neb., and James Albert Cross, of Beatrice, Neb.; his daughter, Della Pauline Corrin, of Burton, Mich.; five grandsons and two granddaugh­ters; and nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be held at

10 a.m. Thursday in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home chapel, Hot Springs, with Brother Jess Gideon and Brother Rodney Morse officiatin­g.

Interment will be in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Emory, Texas, at 11 a.m. Friday.

Visitation will be held from

9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Roy Klink Sr.

Roy Klink Sr., 89, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Oct. 27, 2017.

He was born Aug. 24, 1928, in Berlin, Pa., to Luther James and Florence (Stevanus) Klink.

Roy was an Air Force veteran who served in Guam. He was a former athlete and huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Roy loved to travel and was a kind and caring father.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Survivors include his sons, Roy Klink Jr., Jim Klink; daughters, Rebecca Russin, Debra Klink; sister, Ellen Hunt (David); five grandchild­ren; and three great-grandchild­ren.

Steve Land, 77, of Hot Springs, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2017.

Susan C.M. Robinson

Susan Carol Moody Robinson, 67, of Hot Springs, formerly of White Hall, passed away Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017.

Born Nov. 29, 1949, at Greenville, Miss., she was the daughter of the W.F. “Jack” Moody and Stacey Gertrude Gresham Moody.

Susan retired from Simmons Bank after 43 years of service as personnel manager/ vice president of Human Resources. She had a knack for arts and crafts, and enjoyed working in her flower beds and taking landscape photograph­y.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Moody.

She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Ronnie L. Robinson; son, Micah Lock and wife Jessica; brother, David Moody and wife Gwen; sister-in-law, Donna Moody; nieces, Kelley Cannon and Emily Keddy; nephews, Greg, Jeffrey, Justin and Joshua Moody; and many other loving family and friends.

Visitation services will be

5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov.

2, at Fuller Hale South Funeral chapel.

Darrell C. Waldo

GLENWOOD — Darrell C. Waldo, 86, of Glenwood, died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017.

He was born Aug. 30, 1931, in Bayou Meta, Ark., the son of Robert John Waldo and Mammie Violet Sinclair Waldo. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Mary Grecco Waldo.

Survivors include his daughter, Loretta (Randy) Reid, of Glenwood; his son, John (Georgeann) Holovach, of Vermont; four grandchild­ren, April (Greg) McCuin, Chase (Kelly) Reid, Darrell (Tracey) Holovach and Brian Holovach; six great-grandchild­ren; one greatgreat-grandson; and brother, Douglas Waldo.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Davis-Smith Funeral Home chapel, Glenwood, with Brother Greg McCuin and Brother Ron Parker officiatin­g.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today.

Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
