B&A Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., located at 1550 B Airport Road in Hot Springs, was founded in 2001 by Brad and Dana Hansen. Now in our 18th year of “Building Value Through Comfort” for our customers, we are proud to be a locally owned family business.

As an independent Trane Comfort Specialist dealer since 2004, we offer a product that meets each these needs and can customize your system to fit your application and budget. To become a Trane Comfort Specialist, our dealership is required to maintain a certain score on customer satisfaction surveys, in addition to attending continuing education classes on new products and business development.

We offer preventive maintenance agreements that allow for preseason tuneups to keep your investment in top shape. These inspections are typically performed in the spring and the fall and can extend the life and efficiency of your equipment. Our other services include 24-hour emergency service and repair, residential replacement with free quotes, new ductwork installations and new construction.
