The second quarter of 2011 found the housing market still unsettled as government and investor reactions to the 2007 crash continued to tighten the mortgage marketplace. In this uncertain environment, Brian French and Jason Hornsby saw an opportunity to create a mortgage banking business whose focus was to define the path to success for the customer and then lead them down that path so as to ensure quick, hassle-free results.
They opened their first branch of Top Flite Financial in Little Rock in May 2011 and soon after added one in Paragould to provide northeast Arkansas with that same high level of quality and service. Five years later, they felt confident that they had defined the process sufficiently to continue their expansion plans, which led to the opening of their Hot Springs branch in 2017.
Situated on the bottom floor of the Rix Building at 1401 Malvern Ave., Brian has begun introducing their business to the community. A Hot Springs resident since 2010, Brian has gained an understanding of the local marketplace and wants to introduce their process-driven focus to the city and surrounding communities. With 17 years of manufacturing experience, Brian brings a unique perspective to mortgage origination. His focus on the consistency of the process and dedication to continuous improvement is intended to provide the customer and all parties to the transaction with the best possible experience and most expeditious results.
This same level of dedication applies to his commitment to youth sports in our community. Since 2011, he has dedicated time and resources to the Lakeside Youth Football Association. His focus is to assist in providing an environment in which our kids can mature and grow as athletes, students, and stakeholders of the Hot Springs community.
