ClearWater Pools & Spas expands
ClearWater Pools & Spas specializes in swimming pool service and repair, weekly service agreements and has a retail pool and spa store in Wolf Plaza at 3131 Airport Road, Suite H. Expanding in 2016 and buying Ultimate tan next door, completely remodeled the pool store and tanning salon, Tiki Tan and Clearwater Pools & Spas now share a brand new double suite in Wolf Plaza. Completely updated and a modern, inviting atmosphere, it has been well received by the community.
ClearWater Pools & Spas are the Arkansas dealer for Tuff Spas, an innovative, easy to open and close, world’s only patented hard top spa cover on the market that features a lifetime warranty. The first thing people notice are the hard tops, but you also get a lifetime warranty on the spa’s shell. “With no wood to rot, no acrylics to crack, peel, bubble or fade, Tuff Spas are able to offer the only lifetime warranty in the hot tub industry. Also showcased are saunas, Amish pergolas, tiki bars, outdoor decor (wooden pool house signage, etc.), above ground pools, in addition to the pool and spa supplies, chemicals, equipment, robotic cleaners, maintenance equipment and a spin lab provided free of charge to customers to test pool or spa water, with a print out of exactly what you need and in what order. It’s pool service team, the pool techs who come to the home to service the pool, are all CPO Certified, have external pool cleaners where they are not using the customer’s pump and filter, and use digital pool side water testing. Upon completion of the customers pool, their app sends a picture and summary of the visit to the customer’s email, including chemical tests and what duties were performed, which just strengthens the communication between the company and the customer.
Tiki Tan, which the lobby’s meet, but is on the other side, features all new tanning beds up to Level 4, a spray tan booth, infrared sauna, a teeth whitening station and an oxygen bar. The remodel saw every aspect of the previous outdated tanning salon to the landfill and replaced it with a modern look and feel. “Wives tend to gravitate to the tanning salon, while the husbands relax on the pool side under the pergola. Kids are welcome as well, as they tend to gravitate towards the pool toy section. You don’t have to have a pool or a spa to find something in this store, if you have a back yard, you’ll find something you need!”
