Urban Living and Development real estate opens

-

Amber Henson announced the opening of a commercial and residential real estate company — Urban Living and Development Inc. at 211 Fountain St., Hot Springs, Ark. The office opened for business Jan. 1, 2018, and Henson has already had four closings totaling more than $1 million. During the past 24 months, Henson has sold 28 properties and helped bring seven new businesses to downtown. Henson was presented the Diamond Award in 2016 and the Silver Award in 2017 by the Hot Springs Board of Realtors.

“Henson is a 41-year-old native of Jonesboro who is a people person.

She has built outstanding relationships with clients for both commercial and residential sales. Henson is well versed in development plans for downtown Hot Springs, state and federal tax credits, as well as what it takes to work with the city in order to get permits, licenses, etc. Her patience, attention to detail and work ethic are what help her produce the results that she does. Henson left Hot Springs Realty to create this new company and continue to help develop the growth of downtown Hot Springs,” states the press release.

“Henson chose real estate because of the flexibility and the possibility to help business owners with change.” Henson, a former business owner, has always been in sales. She chose commercial real estate because of the aspects of research, planning and new development. Hot Springs was her choice of locale as she “enjoys the races and lakes. After living in downtown Little Rock, she looked at downtown Hot Springs as a canvas to develop.”
