Lemarcus Quenchawn Almond, 33, Jake Lindsey Conway, 30, and Stefany Pauline Shuffield, 26, all of 1801 Hobson Ave., were taken into custody at their residence around 6 a.m. and each charged with possession of meth with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime, each punishable by up to 20 years in prison, a second count of possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to six years, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to one year in jail.

According to the probable case affidavit, the Hot Springs Police Department’s special investigation division served a narcotics related search warrant at the residence with the assistance of the police SWAT team, who secured the property and placed Almond, Conway and Shuffield in custody.

Upon searching the property, officers located a clear plastic bag containing 2.6 grams of what later tested positive for meth, a syringe with an estimated 30 microliters of what later tested positive for meth, two sets of digital scales, two glass pipes allegedly used to smoke meth and one glass pipe allegedly used to smoke marijuana and several plastic baggies.

The officers reportedly found that the property was not owned by any of the three.
