Arvest Adventures hosts trip to ‘Lion King’
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — Arvest Bank recently hosted a group from the Hot Springs Village area to see “The Lion King” musical at Robinson Performance Hall in Little Rock as part of its Arvest Adventures program.
The Arvest Adventure program is open to the public and provides people in the community an opportunity to travel with others and enjoy social activities. Past adventures include a wine tour at Post Winery in Altus and a museum tour in Tahlequah, Okla.
“We try to provide our community with exciting trips that are educational and fun at the same time,” said Donna Aylward, vice president of business development for Arvest Bank in Hot Springs Village. “As a community bank, we really want to give back and provide an outlet for people looking for excitement, but might not want to take a trip alone. This program allows people in the community to travel to places and make instant friends.”
The next Arvest Adventure trip will be on Oct. 24 to P. Allen Smith’s Moss Mountain home and gardens, along with a visit to the Plantation Agriculture Museum and Marlsgate Plantation.
