Elks Lodge member to address WWC
Women’s Welcome Club will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hot Springs Country Club.
The speaker will be Herb Carey, a member of Hot Springs Elks
Lodge 380 for eight years. He has served in five different management assignments and as the Ex- alted Ruler.
He’s the chairman for the Arkansas State Elks Association, State Major Project and is currently the lodge esquire.
Carey will speak about the State Major Project which provides social and financial support to the five Human Development centers within the state.
