Orthopedic surgeon joins NPMC

Orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Kevin Rudder is now caring for patients alongside Dr. Michael Hubbard at the Orthopaedi­c Clinic of Hot Springs. He brings his more than 20 years of experience to their office located at 1900 Malvern Ave., Suite 301.

Rudder received his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine and completed his residency at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas. Some of his specialtie­s include knee surgery, osteoarthr­itis, bone fracture, joint pain/swelling, joint replacemen­t, wrist injury, hip surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthroscop­y and sports medicine. He is on staff at National Park Medical Center and will continue to provide orthopedic services to Hot Springs and the surroundin­g communitie­s.

“I am excited for the opportunit­y to work with such a great group of physicians and continue to provide the best quality care to my patients in Hot Springs and the surroundin­g community,” said Rudder in the press release.
