Kathy (Mimi) Burroughs, of Hot Springs, passed away July
1, 2018.
She was born on May 25,
1944, in Torrance, Calif., to the late Lawrence and Iva Carpenter.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and a special angel, infant daughter, Pamela Kay Burroughs.
Survivors include her loving husband, Harold Burroughs; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Dee Burroughs, Mike and Ronetta Burroughs. God blessed her with six beautiful granddaughters, Brooke Young (Josh), Mikala Koller (Tim), Karli Sanchez (Stephen), Aubrey Mesko (Zach), Mallory Melby (Jace), Laikin Meeks (Landon); and the joys of her life, nine great-grandchildren, Kaiden Burroughs, Karson Rowland, Kyeson Koller, Kamden Koller, Braxten Young, Addison Sanchez, Ezra Sanchez, Teal Mesko and Parker Meeks. She is also survived by a sister, Joyce Ross; and brother, Bob Carpenter (Judy).
Kathy and Harold have been active members of Oaklawn Church of God for over 60 years.
A celebration of Kathy’s life will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Oaklawn Church of God with Brother Terry Arrington officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

JESSIEVILLE — Janet S. Harrison, 63, of Jessieville, Ark., passed from this life on July 3, 2018.
She was born on March 30, 1955, to the late John and Betty Richardson.

Donna M. Hart
MALVERN — Donna Mae Hart, age 75, of Malvern, passed away June 29, 2018.
She was born May 3, 1943, to the late Bernard and Lucy Mae Felice. Donna enjoyed her dogs, Native American Heritage and Art, but most of all, her family.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Felice.
Survivors include her sons, Troy Hall, Jessie Hall and Chris Bronk; daughters, Jenny Doyle, Lonnie Flores and Tammy Ennis; brothers, Bernard Felice and Mike Felice; sisters, Gloria Brown and Nancy Tiedke; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

William R. Irwin
William R. Irwin, 79, of Hot Springs, passed away June 30, 2018, at his home with his family by his side.
Lovingly known as “Buzz, he was born March 7, 1939, to W.C. “Bill” and Mary Irwin.
He is predeceased by his father, mother and brothers, Johnnie Joe, Charles Ray “Chod” and Sam Irwin.
Buzz is survived by his wife of 58 years, Suzi (Caruth); his son, Bob (Janet) Irwin; his daughter, Holly (Danny) Fincher; two brothers, W.C. Irwin Jr. and Jack Irwin; two sisters, Mary Sue Lane and Lucy (Doyle) Cavnor; four grandchildren, Will Irwin, Nic (Mary Beth) Fincher, Chris (Blair) Fincher and Anna Irwin. He is also survived by a special friend, Mary Dell, whom he trusted and always had his back.
Buzz will be remembered as a very generous, caring person who never met a stranger. His smile and his sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. He was loved by family and friends, but loved best by Suzi.
Buzz had many interests. He was owner/operator of Irwin Coin Machines and Gentry Vending since 1968. He was involved, as owner, in retail sales with 1010 Liquor and The Ritz Club, and original owner of City Bail Bonds and Tobacco City, which he founded in 1988. In 2000, his Camp David on Bull Bayou was established, where he and his friends would spend many enjoyable times.
A special thank you to Dr. Scott Anderson and Dr. Neeraj Bharany; he knew you always had his best interest at heart.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2018, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

She was born in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, to the late Jesus Cortes and Natalia Garcia.
Survivors include her children, Emerensiana Santillan, Leonardo Santillan, Rosa Maria Santillan, Rita Santillan, Teresa Santillan, Gregorio Santillan, Horacio Santillan, Jose Trinidad Santillan, Maria Juana Santillan and Jose Guadalupe Santillan.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. Thursday with rosary beginning at 4:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will begin at 5 p.m. with Father Michael Johns officiating.

Anne L. Taylor, 70, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away July 2, 2018.
A gathering of friends and family will begin at noon Saturday at Lake Valley Community Church with a celebration of Anne’s life immediately following at 1 p.m.
