Hot Springs Parkinson’s Support Group will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in the Mercy Room off the cafeteria. This month’s speaker is Amy Johnson, fitness director at First Baptist Church, who will be speaking about their upcoming Rock Steady Boxing classes. Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum. The event is open to the public.
