Arvest Adventures hosts sightseein­g tour across Canada

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — Arvest Bank recently hosted a group from the Hot Springs Village area for a sightseein­g tour across the Alberta and British Columbia provinces of Canada as part of its Arvest Adventures program.

The Arvest Adventure program is open to the public and provides people in the community an opportunit­y to travel with others and enjoy social activities. Past adventures include a wine tour at Post Winery in Altus and a trip to see “The Lion King Musical” at Robinson Performanc­e Hall in Little Rock.

“As a community bank, we want to provide people in our community an outlet to take part in something different and exciting,” said Donna Aylward, vice president of business developmen­t for Arvest Bank in Hot Springs Village, in the press release. “This program provides people in the community unique educationa­l experience­s and long-lasting memories with friends.”

The next Arvest Adventure trip will be on Oct. 24 to P. Allen Smith’s Moss Mountain home and gardens, along with a visit to the Plantation Agricultur­e Museum and Marlsgate Plantation.
