Living Waters COGIC celebrates 104 years

Living Waters Church of God in Christ, 306 Grove St., will celebrate its 104th anniversar­y at 3 p.m. Sunday. The keynote speaker will be Bishop Jewel R. Withers Jr., prelate of the Arkansas First Jurisdicti­on. Everyone is welcome.

Choir Day observed at St. Mark Baptist

Many Voices of Praise Choir from St. Mark Baptist Church, 542 Crescent Ave., will observe its annual Choir Day during the 11 a.m. Sunday service. The program will be dedicated in memoriam to former choir president Iris Foxworth, a victim of breast cancer. The theme is “Our Stories, Our Praise, Our Worship … God’s Got This.” Everyone is welcome.

Pastoral Founder’s Day at Holy Ghost church
