Keith’s Roofing

Years of experience, solid customer service

-

Keith Lynchard, owner of Keith’s Roofing, has used his many years of experience in the industry as well as solid customer service to build a strong business in Hot Springs and the surrounding area.

“I started out in 1986 working with my father, and I took over the business in 1990 when he decided to hang it up,” Lynchard said. “Our specialty is residential roofing, and we are a certified Tamko contractor along with GAF and Certainteed.”

With his staff of 15 board-certified, bonded and licensed employees, Lynchard has carved out a strong niche in the area and gets the majority of his business by word-of-mouth.

“I have one employee, a carpenter, who has been with us for over 20 years,” Lynchard said. “When you have employees who build up long tenures with your company, your customers quickly take note of that. I have a good crew of roofers, painters and carpenters to take care of every job.”

Keith’s Roofing offers free inspections and estimates, and the company also has a program to inspect roofs every three to five years to head off potential problems and to minimize damage on problems that are beginning. His employees will see if shingles are fading due to age, see if any are buckled and will check in the attics to see if any water damage has started seeping through.

Keith’s Roofing also does gutter maintenance as well as clearing debris from the roofs. Lynchard said that leaves and pine straw accumulating in low points on roofs collect water and more debris, which can eventually lead to leaks if the area is not cleared. Doing this maintenance work also helps to keep his crews employed during the winter months.

“That’s just a routine part of our maintenance service,” Lynchard said. “It goes a long way to prevent damage and high costs in the future.”

All work is guaranteed.

“I’m busy all the time,” Lynchard said. “I am involved with every job. The customer doesn’t have to deal with a salesman. The owner of the company comes to see you, and I oversee every job that is going on.”

Keith’s Roofing customers extend well beyond the Spa City’s boundaries, including Arkadelphia, Malvern, Mount Ida and Mena. Lynchard said that no home is too big or small for them to roof, from a one-bedroom dwelling to a $1 million home.

“I’ve even had a few jobs in Little Rock,” Lynchard said. ” That’s very satisfying to me when people who have an abundance of roofers right in their city take the time to call me for the job. That tells me we are doing our job right and taking care of the customer.”

The three brands of roofing the company is certified in come in 20-year, 50-year and lifetime spans. “The lifetime shingles cost more, but you get what you pay for,” Lynchard said. “They are impact resistant to hail.”

Keith’s Roofing offers 24-hour emergency service. “If a tree falls on a house, we will get there as quickly as possible to clear it and cover the hole to minimize damage until the repairs can be made,” Lynchard said. “In addition, I will represent you in working with your insurance company on damage claims. That’s just another part of our customer service.”
