Heather Kay Pitts, 39, of Hot Springs, passed away Oct. 19,

2018.

“Big O Sissy” was born on Dec. 10, 1978, in Hot Springs, to Frank and Brenda (Taylor) Pitts. “Heathee,” as she was known by many, loved unconditio­nally and was adored by all who knew her.

She has been reunited with her “Nonnie and Bop-bop,” Glyn and Donnia Taylor; and her “Butterball and Grandma Jo,” Earl and Leota Pitts.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents; brother, Mike Pitts (Jessica); aunt, Susie Ottinger; niece and nephew, Dalton and Hannah Pitts; cousin, Jennifer Bell (Aaron) and their daughter, Taylor; fiancé, Shane Wells; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held from

6-8 p.m. today at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

A celebratio­n of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hot Springs Baptist Church with Brother Jimmie Scott officiatin­g. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery.

Pallbearer­s will be Mike Pitts, Dalton Pitts, Clay Speers, Ty Threadgill, John Bridges and Jordan Widener. Honorary pallbearer­s will be Roger Brown, Ronnie Walker, Ms. Ruby Jester, Hamilton West Family Medicine, First Care Walk-in, Cutter Morning Star Alumni, the staff at Magic Springs, and very special friends Joy Bell and Kristin Robbins.
