Hot Springs Emblem Club No. 194 will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. today. All members are asked to attend. Tickets for the Christmas Party will be available. Refreshments will follow the meeting.

Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous support group of Union Missionary Baptist Church,
219 Gulpha St., meets from 5-6:30 p.m. Wednesdays. A discussion will be on what some of the causes of substance abuse are and ways to solve them. On the fourth Wednesday of the month, there is be a dinner to celebrate those who have been sober for 30 days or more. They will receive awards for this achievement.
