Physical inactivity has become a growing risk that can affect life significantly. The risks of getting minimal exercise can considerably affect the human body because the body needs to burn off all the fat and sugar gained each day. With all the gained calories, chances of health conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and coronary heart disease Physical inactivity has become an increasing factor that is continuously becoming a risk in societies, but solutions to solve this problem would be to advertise the risks of getting zero to minimal exercise, create laws that require schools make students take physical education classes through their high school and college career, or create programs for teenagers and adults that rewards them for exercising.

With the infinite possibilities that can solve the physical inactivity problem, one of the leading solutions would be to advertise the problem and to provide possible health conditions that come with physical inactivity. Advertising fitness will show people the benefits of exercising. When advertising properly, exercise will have a good connotation because famous marketers will market it and related to functional activities. This solution is an effective way to spread information among the community and alert the population about the benefits of exercising and the disadvantages of not exercising. Advertising is a productive solution to physical inactivity, but it is still not the most effective.

Another way to reduce the physical inactivity problem is to create laws that require schools make students take physical education classes through their high school and college career. Many of the rules and regulations that Washington has done include healthy eating policies and have required physical education for elementary, middle, and high schools. These laws are great ways to enforce physical activity in people who get minimal exercise. Laws are a great way to enforce exercise, but most people tend to revolt or not cooperate when they are forced to do activities.

The final solution for the physical inactivity problem would be to create programs for kids, teenagers, and adults that rewards them for exercising. With these programs, they would mainly supplement younger children so that they grow up with the habit of exercising and being active. They would also help teenagers and adults by incorporating physical education and exercise into their everyday lifestyle. These programs will promote exercise by offering some reward that could benefit the person enrolled in the program. These programs are the best solution for reducing the amount of physical inactivity in the United States.

Creating programs for kids, teenagers, and adults that rewards them for exercising would be the best solution for solving the physical inactivity problem that occurs throughout the United States. With physical inactivity becoming a growing problem in societies, creating programs for teenagers and adults that rewards them for exercising would be a plausible option to reduce the amount of physical inactivity.
